ACAA run-down: Weekend of Sept. 22-27

Men:

  • MSVU 0 - 5 UKC: A hat trick from Brendan Parsley secured the win for the Blue Devils. Marc Boudreau also scored for Kings', as did Sam Karkilins.
  • STU 0 - HC: Both teams remained winless with the scoreless draw.
  • UKC 3 - 2 UNBSJ: No info available.
  • NSAC 2 - 4 MSVU: Scott Brown gave the Rams a 2-0 lead before the hosts gave Ibrahim Yuksel a hat trick and also allowed a goal from Matt Little.
  • UNBSJ 0 - 2 Holland College: Tommy Flemming and Ties Hakkus scored for Holland College.

Women:

  • UNBSJ 1 - 0 STU: Robyn Gillis had the only goal.
  • MSVU 2 - 2 UKC: Irene Flatley and Allison Smith scored for Kings' while Chrissy Henneberry and Jill Edwards scored for the Mount.
  • STU 0 - 6 Holland College: Natalie Shea had 2 goals and Melanie Taylor and Stephanie LeBlanc each had one as Holland College dominated STU in Fredericton. Caroline Del Frate missed a penalty for STU. Samantha Silver left the game with a back injury.
  • ABU 2 - 7 MSVU: Jill Edwards scored two goals, and the Mount had one each from Morgan LeBlanc, Courtney McMaster, Sarah Parker, Emily Burke, and Sheila Kerry. Melinda Seldon had both ABU goals.
  • UKC 4 - 1 UNBSJ: No info available.
  • NSAC 1 - 7 MSVU: Jill Edwards again scored twice, as did Courtney McMaster. Other Mount goals were scored by Sarah Parker, Cassandra O'Neill and Stephanie Dockrill. Janice Cameron had the only NSAC goal.
  • ABU 0 - 3 UKC: Kelly Cousens scored twice and Irene Flatley added another as Kings' won in New Brunswick.
